Since March 8, students of Hogeschool PXL and UHasselt can go to the brand-new '"Student Hotspot" with all their questions about student life, housing, services, where to study and so much more. In the future, companies and organizations will also be able to call on students via student jobs or student projects or ask for business advice.
This place "for and by students" is located on the ground floor of the Kapertoren on the Elfde-Liniestraat, and came about at the initiative of the Association of University Colleges Limburg (AUHL). The goal is to connect more than 15,000 Hasselt students with each other and their surroundings. Furthermore, the student hotspot also serves as a new location to unwind, to work or to get in touch with organizations, companies or citizens who want to enter into cooperation with students.
